We have two preferred two choose from: Wells Fargo and Pony
Express Loans.
Wells Fargo have great loan programs with competitive
rates. Ask them about some of the no down and low down payment
programs like CCHFA, FHA, VA and down payment assistance programs.
Can't get approved with Wells Fargo? Don't
worry, your application will be reviewed by are other preferred lender
(Pony Express Loans) that has many programs that are "outside the box."
Need lower down payment program with problem credit? Call them
today!
Been qualified with some one else and you don't want your credit
pulled again, that is OKAY! Let our preferred lender(s) know that
you don't want your credit pulled, but you will need to
provide a copy of your recent credit to our preferred lender,
along with your lenders Pre-Qualification Letter and our
prequalification
worksheet. Provide our
lender with a copy of your Lenders Good Faith Estimate and our lender
can help you compare differences between your program and our lenders
program. You will see that the builder incentives will be too
great to pass up. Note: just prior to the time of lot reservation,
your credit will have to be pulled by our preferred lender(s), to
validate your pre-qualification.
